Comverge helps PA meet Act 129

Comverge will provide demand response services to Pennsylvania-based Ransome CAT's commercial and industrial customers to reduce energy costs and demand during peak times of electricity use. Ultimately this is helping the state address energy efficiency and demand response targets mandated by Pennsylvania's Act 129. This law requires utilities to develop plans to reduce electricity consumption by 1 percent by 2011, 3 percent by 2013, and 4.5 percent by 2013. Article
